The order process begins by directly contacting Muses Paper Studio to begin planning the custom stationery order.
Muses Paper Studio will collect all the details necessary and provide the client with an estimated price quote. All prices are quoted in $USD. Orders will either be paid in full, or divided into two payments of 50% each, a deposit paid before any design work is started, and a final payment before print production.
Muses Paper Studio will provide the client with digital design proofs for review/feedback.Two digital design proofs are included in each order. Additional works, revisions and/or changes are charged at an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour and/or as a quoted variation.
Once the digital proofs are approved, Muses Paper Studio will move the order to print production.
Due to the custom nature of the work and service provided by Muses Paper Studio, design, production and shipping times vary by order. Muses Paper Studio will keep the client updated with timing estimates for their order.
All work remains the property of Muses Paper Studio until final payment is received.
Muses Paper Studio reserves the right to use images of completed work on social media channels, marketing etc. unless advised otherwise. Precautions will be taken to maintain client privacy.
Errors in Prints of Production
It is the client’s responsibility to proofread and approve all final copy and artwork via the digital proofs provided by Muses Paper Studio before print production. If available, Muses Paper Studio will offer an optional physical proof before print production. Muses Paper Studio is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client. If the client finds such errors in printed pieces, the client will be responsible for reprinting, shipping, and rush fees, or any additional expenses if applicable.
Muses Paper Studio tries their best to represent design and envelope colors as accurately as possible through images and charts. Actual colors may vary from the colors on screen.
Free standard shipping is offered on select orders, and is only available to clients in the United States. If it is not clearly expressed that an order includes free shipping, the client may be subject to shipping charges. Express or rushed shipping is subject to additional charges. Shipping costs for international orders are not included in the order. They are calculated separately and will be communicated to the client before confirmation of the order.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Regarding our custom orders:
Due to the custom nature of Muses Paper Studio’s services, Muses Paper Studio does not give refunds nor accept exchanges. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after the order payment has been received. Once an order has been confirmed and the design process has commenced, the payment is non refundable.
Regarding non customized orders:
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase. The client is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be disbursed once the item has been received by Muses Paper Studio.
